Meet Jill – Your Partner in Holistic Wellness

Hi, I’m Jill, and I’m so glad you’re here! My journey to becoming a health coach began with my own transformation. I struggled for years with chronic dieting, hormone imbalances, weight gain, and a lack of self-esteem, which took a toll on every area of my life. Through trial and error, I discovered powerful ways to overcome these challenges, and I’ve since turned those lessons into practices that help others. It was during this journey that I realized how truly transformative holistic health can be—not just in how we feel, but in how we live. Now, I’m passionate about guiding others to find their own balance, peace, and vitality.
My Journey
My journey began gradually when I realized that traditional health advice just wasn’t working for me. After years of trying every diet out there, I hit a breaking point where I knew I had to take a different approach. It wasn’t just about losing weight—it was about understanding the deeper connection between mind, body, and soul. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, addressing hormone imbalances, learning about holistic nutrition, and incorporating fitness in a way that felt sustainable. Over the past decade, I’ve worked towards achieving a state of balance that goes far beyond physical fitness. It wasn’t until I healed my mindset around dieting, body image, habit building, and self-compassion that I finally found comfort and confidence in my body—and in who I am.
My Approach to Wellness
I believe wellness is not one-size-fits-all; it’s about creating a lifestyle that works uniquely for you. My approach is holistic, focusing on the balance between body, mind, and spirit. Together, we’ll design a personalized wellness plan that includes nourishing food, mindful movement, stress management, and restorative sleep. Whether it’s building sustainable habits or overcoming obstacles, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. In my experience, the body will naturally release what no longer serves it when we address the deeper parts that need healing.
Qualifications and Experience
I am a certified personal trainer with a focus on strength and conditioning, transformations, and nutrition, through certifications from ISSA and the Lenus Academy. My approach is rooted in continuous learning, and I’m deeply passionate about integrating holistic methods into my work. I have extensive education in hormone health and have personally navigated the journey of coming off birth control after 10 years, experiencing no negative side effects.
Currently, I teach group classes in Boxing and HIIT at luxury gyms, while also offering over six years of experience in 1-on-1 personal training and online nutrition coaching. My journey has led me to explore various holistic health practices and mindfulness techniques, which I now weave into my coaching style. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients facing similar challenges and guiding them to make lasting changes that transform not just their health, but their entire outlook on life.
Why Work With Me
What sets me apart is my deep commitment to each person’s unique journey. One of my greatest gifts is empathy. I’ve found the perfect balance between the ‘no-bullshit’ coaching style for those who need a direct, drill-sergeant approach, and a compassionate, understanding guide for those who need a softer touch. Both approaches work, and with my highly developed personal skills and ability to sense energy, I can deliver the right amount of both to meet the needs of each individual client.
I’ve walked a similar path and continue to evolve on my own journey, which makes me uniquely equipped to guide you. I take the time to listen, understand, and craft a plan tailored to your specific needs and lifestyle. I don’t follow a prescribed method—my style is unique but flows naturally, bringing sustainability, longevity, and excitement to your journey of self-improvement. Together, we’ll face challenges, celebrate every milestone, and build a lasting relationship based on trust, compassion, and unwavering support.
The Support That Got Me Here
Let me preface this by saying, if you struggle with social support in your life, read these words and know that you can have it too. I am incredibly fortunate to have found so many people I love and who love me. If you don’t have this, go find it. *If we haven’t met yet, you can scroll past this and revisit at a later time when you know me better.
I wouldn’t be where I am today without the unwavering love and support of the people around me. I’ve been through extreme highs and lows in my life, and through it all, they have shown up with unmatched support—no hesitation, no resistance. So, this is a quick shoutout (not quick, not sorry) to those amazing people.
First, my parents, Tris and Carol. They’ve given me a safe space to be myself, to try everything under the sun, and have financially supported me through so much. They’ve NEVER discouraged me from going after what I want. I get so much of my grit and strength from my mom—she and I are cut from the same cloth, and I’m proud to be like her. The other half of me—the compassionate, goofy (laughs at fart jokes), optimistic, and easy-going side—is all dad. Gosh, I’m so lucky.
Next, my big sister, Kelsey. Supportive, loving, laugh until we cry, wise, and helps me at the drop of a dime without question. I love you, sis, to the moon and back again. Thank you.
Then, there’s my circle of friends—small but mighty and lifelong.
Kasey is the one who introduced me to coaching and helped me land my first job when I knew nothing. She built my confidence and has almost singlehandedly shaped me into who I am today. I’ve followed in her footsteps, and she has gently held my hand every step of the way, always clapping the loudest for me. If you don’t fit with me as a coach, I’ll send you straight to her because she’s incredible. The yin to my yang, the sun to my moon, and the yellow to my (all) black.
Then, there’s Tricia. She started as my esthetician on my journey to clear skin with clean, safe products and became one of my dearest friends. A true soul tie, someone I’ve lived hundreds of lives with. In this life, we’ve reached new heights of spiritual growth together. We laugh so hard and understand each other to the core. When my life feels chaotic, my body craves Tricia’s calming and endearing energy to bring me back down. The *touch* we have, the AD(H)D, and the struggles are easy to navigate when we’re together and that is powerful. Everyone needs a Tricia.
Next, there’s Sam. A fellow fitness enthusiast I met at my gym. This friendship is hard to describe but so invaluable. He knows more about me than almost anyone because he asks a lot of questions and demands answers. We butt heads, argue plenty, but he’s my no-bullshit, blunt, matter-of-fact friend who’s built my confidence in so many aspects of my life. He’s always in my corner, and our banter is unmatched. He jumped into my program and became my guinea pig, providing feedback that will benefit all my future clients. He’s consistent, checks in on my well-being, holds me accountable, and is by far the best pickleball partner I’ve ever had. He makes me better and encourages my growth. I love him for that (and all the other things). ILY, no homo, Sam.
This next one is the hardest. I’ve been crying while writing all of these, but Shaddia takes the cake. She is the family I was not born into—my sister, my traveling buddy, my comfort in chaos, my wife. This girl has been dealt a tough hand in life, but she exemplifies the most resilience, strength, compassion, perseverance, wit, patience, and positivity with such grace.
If you’ve ever felt the need to act a certain way around certain groups or people, you’ll know how refreshing it is to be completely comfortable being your authentic self around someone. Sometimes I can come off as standoffish, unapproachable (sorry, RBF), or introverted (because I am), but Shaddia brings out the biggest goofball in me. When I’m with her, nothing can go wrong, no one else matters, I don’t fear judgment, and I am fully and authentically myself. I love that. She’s given me support, guidance, advice, hugs, and laughs at all the right times. I wouldn’t survive this life without her (or any of my people), but damn, I just don’t have the words for this one. She knows how I feel. This is the best I could do for the readers.
Mind you, this is my core group, but I am incredibly fortunate to have positive support from SO many people—friends, acquaintances, and even strangers—who just want to see me succeed. I’ll never take that for granted or let it go unnoticed. This extends to all the little interactions, from my silly Instagram exchanges to the conversations I’ve had with coaches who’ve been doing this longer and better than I have, and everyone I’ve had even the mildest interactions with.
I am truly blessed to have the means to create the life I want, and my heart is absolutely overflowing with joy and gratitude. I am honored to serve others and live out my purpose in this way.
If you’ve made it this far, you are a big part of this, and I appreciate you more than words can express. A virtual forehead *kiss* for you. Thank you.
